About Ali
I’m Ali, a local guide between Istanbul and Baghdad with a talent for turning ordinary walks into stories worth remembering. I speak Arabic, English, Spanish, and Turkish, which means getting lost is still possible, but at least it will happen in several languages. My tours usually mix history, architecture, street culture, food, night views, and the kind of local details guidebooks politely pretend to know. I enjoy showing travelers the places that make a city feel alive, not just the landmarks everyone photographs and forgets five minutes later. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, with family, or with a group that cannot agree on anything, I aim to make the experience easy, engaging, and full of character. I’m also happy to share accommodation recommendations, because discovering a city is much better when you’re not staying somewhere tragic. If you want a guide who values good conversation, sharp observations, cultural depth, and a well-timed coffee break, we’ll get along just fine.
