Why travel with me I genuinely love history — not just dates and monuments, but how people actually lived. That's what I try to share on every tour. I've lived in Moscow for over 12 years now, so I know it as more than just a tourist city. I can show you the side of Moscow that locals see every day, not only the famous spots. Tiraspol is different — I was born and grew up there, in Transnistria. Most people have never even heard of this place, and that's exactly why it's so interesting. I can tell you what life was really like here, through different times — under the Tsars, then Romania, then the Soviet Union, and now. Not just facts from a textbook, but real stories about how people lived, what they ate, what music they listened to, how families got by. Right now I'm actually restoring my own family's old house (it's almost 100 years old) into a small guesthouse, so I spend a lot of time digging through old documents, photos, and stories from the region. This isn't a job for me — it's something I care about personally, and I think that comes through when I talk about it.
